What should I do if I lost or forgot my password when accessing the Investor Portal?
All login forms contain “Forgot password?” link that will send the information to your registered email address. Enter the email address associated with your Portal account and you will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password. If you forget your email address, contact your Portal administrator.
I have access to multiple Investor Portals. How do I log in to them?

You can log in to each of your Portal sites via the URL provided in the respective activation email. For your convenience, you may want to bookmark the different login pages, and set your browser to remember your passwords so that your credentials will be automatically populated for all subsequent logins.

Another convenient method to log in to your Portal sites without using multiple login pages is to use the common Dynamo login URL. Navigate to https://dynamo.dynamosoftware.com, and enter the credentials for the Portal site that you want to log in to.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password at any time. Log in to your Portal site, and click on your user name. Click the “Change Password” link, enter the necessary information, and then click Save. It is recommended that you use the same password across all Investor Portals to avoid any confusion when you access them.
Will my password ever expire?
It depends on the password expiration policy set for your Portal account. Contact your Portal administrator for more information. If you have access to multiple Investor Portals and the password for one of them is set to expire after a certain period, we recommend you also change the passwords to the rest of your Portal sites using the same password for all.
